Walk and Talk therapy offers a profoundly different way to experience therapy.

The movement of walking provides a gentle grounding that supports you as you explore the questions you would like to consider in your life.

Nature provides the backdrop to our sessions, offering support and guidance when needed.

The aim of therapy is to help you
